Allergy reports are routed directly to trained humans on our team. No AI auto-resolution.

Food safety escalation

Any food safety concern is reviewed by a person and coordinated with the partner restaurant.

Refunds require human approval

Refunds, credits, and replacements in Phase 1 are reviewed and approved by a real person — never auto-approved by AI.

AI is advisory only

Any AI tools used internally are advisory. They do not approve refunds, allergy responses, or safety decisions.
